Hot Cocoa Mix:
- 1 cup allulose sweetener (or erythritol or monkfruit)
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup heavy cream powder
- splash or a few drops vanilla, or peppermint, or orange extract (optional)
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups milk, water, almond milk, coconut milk, cream, or a combination
Sift sweetener, cocoa, salt, and cream into an airtight container. Stir well. Add the lid and store in a cool, dry place for up to 3 years. To use: Heat the liquid of your choice in a mug. Add 2 Tbsp hot cocoa mix, with more or less, adjusting for flavor. Stir well. Add a few drops of optional flavoring extract. Stir well. Serve hot.
